Han's SBR
Han's SBR is a kind of upgraded SBR technology by means of optimizing
the technology of denitrification by dephosphorization, which offers
unmatched combination of practicality, stability and reliability
especially for both municipal and industrial sewage treatment that
have the requirement for denitrification by dephosphorization. The
mechanism of forming anoxic environment for denitrification of Han's
SBR is different from that of ordinary activated sludge. Han's SBR
does no depend on anoxic environment but the concentration difference
of dissolved oxygen inside the zoogloea for denitrification so that
the mixing equipment that is necessary when anoxic reaction can
be saved so as to simplify the control system. Moreover, due to
no mechanical equipment in Han's SBR lagoon and high-quality aerating
film, sewage treatment system can retain high performance for many
years so that it is no necessary to stop production for maintenance. |

Equipment & Self-Control ——— For standing the
heavy impact load several times
as many as that when average rate, Han's SBR large-scale float non-power
draining device offers excellent automatic mechanical responding,
stabilizing and adjusting performance. Han's float non-power draining
device is composed of weir, float pipe, automatic valve, draining
pipe, support frame, connecting flexible tube, reinforced device
and scum-off device. Under PLC control, draining device draws off
water from the lagoon through weir with the fluctuate of the liquid
level in reactor according to certain sequence. Under the high-speed
draining condition (draining speed: 3500 tons/hr), the draining
pipe (Length: 20m optional) can prevent those large quantity of
unsedimented BOD/COD particles under surface layer from entering
the weir so as to guarantee high-speed balancing draining when drawing
off different quantity of water. Han's SBR draining device is a

Extra Micro-Hole Aerating System
Aerating technology is the key to aerobic treatment for sewage biology.
With the development of technology, air diffusing device has developed
from the simple perforated tube and diffusing panel into panel micro-hole
aerator and pipe micro-hole aerator. The extra micro-hole aerator
pipe is the latest achievement for aerobic treatment at present.
Compared with the other similar products, such aerator pipe has
the following distinctive features:
1、 Adjustable oxygen filling quantity allows extra micro-hole aerator
pipe to be capable of flexibly suiting for the different oxygen
demand, with max. oxygen filling quantity of 2 times as many as
the rated oxygen demand.
2、 Oxygen filling dynamic efficient of such aerator system is up
to 3.0-4.5kg02kw-hr.
3、 Aerating support system is of unique structure, with reinforced
PVC branched pipe, 304 stainless steel support frame, so it can
stand hydraulic pressure and buoyancy of more than 10 meters.
4、 Special EPDM film features excellent compressive resistance,
anti-aging, acid proof, alkali proof, ultraviolet radiation proof
and dissolving proof so it can still be free of deformation even
after working in high intensity industrial sewage for 10 years.
5、 Thanks to unique mixing, extruding, shaping and perforating technology
for film material, the splitting strength of the aerator film is
increased by 50%, reaching 65 pounds/inch at least.
6、 Aerator film features good strechability and high strength, with
splitting tensile rate of up to 660%, resiliency rate of 48% and
deformation due to tensile of below 5%.
7、 Good anti-reverse flow performance keeps aerator pipe from being
blocked. The test conducted under 5 feet below the water surface
shows that there is little water immersed into the aerator with
the rate of just 5-7ml/hr. Meanwhile, it enjoys good cleaning-proof
function by draining completely the back-absorbed water.
8、 The aerator pipe is free of maintenance and replacement for 5
years. |

Han's Water Treatment Self-Controlling System
Han's SBR self-controlling system is not a standard system. The
key of such system does not rest with the development of complicated
automatic system program or multi-level software package but the
integrated control for Han's SBR operation system and the precise
orientation for random module so as to guarantees the optimized
operation of the whole system. The software applies fuzzy control
theory, coming with non-menu structure as well as several build-in
proven applicable software packages for users for flexible application.
The development edition with multiple programming language in accordance
with IEC standard can meet the requirements of the different users.
