LXRF Waste Incineration Treatment System
LXRF series vertical revolving pyrolysis incinerator is developed
and manufactured jointly by Shenzhen Han's Solidwaste Treatment & Equipment Co.,
Ltd. and Environmental Science & Engineering Department of
Tsinghua
University, which is the key equipment for waste incineration. The
equipment has been applied for "China's 863 plan"as
hi-tech project of shenzhen.《The
tenth 5-year plan and scheme of 2010 of waste treatment science
and technology development of constructry》of
the Minnistry of Construction has listed the R&D of the
technology in the goals of science and technology development of
2010.
Applying
the latest incineration technology of pyrolysis and
gasification in the world ,coupled with the patented unique
design,such incinerator offers an unmatched combination of
stability and reliability and has following obvious advantages:

Incineration Principle
Vertical revolving pyrolysis incinerator is composed of pyrolysis
incinerator is shown as the graph.From top to bottom.It can be
divided into five layers:drying layer,pyrolysis and gasification
layer,burning layer,hot residue layer and cold resdue
discharging layer.After being fed into the pyrolysis
incinerator,the refuse is dryed by the gas comes up frompyrolysis
layer.along with the movement downward,the refuse comes in
pyrolysis and gasification layer;With the pyrolysis and
gasification reaction going on,some of the combustible matters
will be resolved into combustible gas such as carbon monoxide and
gaseous hydrocation,and come into the mixed fume which is led to
the secondary combustor for secondary burnning ,the remainder
(fluid tar oil,purer carbon as well as inorganic spodosal and
inerts contained in refuse)will be continuely and sufficiently
burned in burming layer,the combustion temperature comes to
1100-1300℃,the heat is brought to pyrolysis and gasification
layer and drying layer.The burnt residue moves continusely from
burning layer into hot residue layer,then the cold residue
discharging layer,and is cooled by primary air supply from the
bottom of the incinerator (the supplied air is previously heat by
the residue at the same time).The cooled residue is crashed into
piece by the rotating fire grate,discharged by the spatufate slag
transporter.
The primary air provides sufficient
oxygen to buming layer though the residue layer,consumes lager
amount of oxygen,and goes up into the pyralysis and gasification
layer thus the anoxic condition in which pyrolysis reaction willl
happen is formed.
Obviously,through pyrolysis
and gasification reaction,the energy in refuse has been broke up
into two forms.The pyrolytic element is led in the secondary
chamber to combust and the resdue of the reaction remain combust
in the pyrolysis incinerator.Pyrolysis ,gasification reaction and
combustion of the refuse form a balance following with the
downward movement of the refuse. .When feeding and discharging
system works continuously and steadily,the physical and chemical
process of every reaction layer of the incinerator will be kept
continuous and steadily, which will ensure the running of the
incinerator in order and stable. |
